3) Again, it is debatable. At least from my point of view. If you are using a computer for downloading stuff, I believe that it’s safer to have an antivirus running. Despite other security risks.
4),5) How do users know that they are using a “good provider”? Extra safety measures are always preferred.

3) there are consensus between security experts, anti virus are bad, they have many vulnerability and have huge attack vertor because they hook in the system file and browsers where they shouldn’t. The free Windows defender is the only one which is safe.

4) no logs DNS are useless with a good VPN provider. They use DNS server from the VPN provider

5) Tips 8 and 9 are useless if you use a good VPN
