Probably those with oppressive regimes I would guess, which I won’t bother listing – we all know who they are! Presumably if you try GPass from an IP address other than the countries that it was designed for, it won’t work.

Regarding GPass, you are right again. It does not work anymore. Ultrasurf is a good alternative. I also recommend Hotspot Shield.
