I installed Cyberghost VPN and it was work properly. The Operating system is Win XP serv.3 and browser internet explorer. Now i have installed “Mozilla firefox” browser. After installed Mozilla firefox, the Cyberghost VPN is not work and receiving error message “check your firewall”

Then i uninstalled Cyberghost and removed all files and folders which related. After restart system, reinstalled Cyberghost.

Still i am receiving the same error message and it is not connecting.

Please advise me how to fix this problem.
